  • First race autumn 2002 B-Superbike class. position. 8.(Motopark)
  • First season 2003. Ranked 3rd. in B-600 class.

  • Learning year 2004 was tough, but few good result in SS-600 class (6. pos. 7. pos.)
  • Overall points 11.
  • 2005 year: overall, 4th in the domestic SS-600 class. Participated in European championship races, was 3rd in Portugal round and 6th in Spain.
  • Only rode in half of the EC rounds so overall placed 15th.
  • Exact opposite of what was planned for years 2006-2008, happened and those years proved to be very difficult years in racing life.
  • Lots and lots of difficult technical problems, broken bones, lost self confidence and some personal changes happened, so results were poor to say at least.
  • Year 2009 however returned faith in racing and after a good steady season overall result was 7th.
  • This -09 season finally was a turn for the better and best thing was being able to better own personal lap records again! Lots of those records had stood for 4 years!
  • Season 2010 was a natural continuation to that upbeat and Ville ended the season in 2nd place, national level, riding with Kawasaki`s ZX-6R in the super stock class.
  • Year 2011 in Yamaha cup placed 13th out of 43 riders. Best result being 6th.

That`s rennen!

Year 2011 proved to be everything as expected beforehand and actually even more so. Level of competition was higher than I had expected and not knowing the tracks also made it sometimes bit of a hard work. We also had some suspension issues in the beginning of the season so that made it bit more difficult, but managed to iron them out eventually.

Year 2012 should not be any easier (will not) competition vise, but knowing the tracks and the whole IDM circus definitely should help. One problem we have in the cup is the very limited track time so that definitely makes its own challenges. Other than that, this year we just want better results. Simple as that really…
